💗 The Brussels waffle is larger and rectangular, famous for its light and airy texture. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it is less sweet than its Liège cousin, making it perfect for every kind of topping: powdered sugar, artisan ice cream, chocolate sauce, fresh fruit… or even a savory twist for the more adventurous.
